Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions of your booking at Bell Cottage Bridgnorth:

  •  Holidays available 2 nights to 14 for people booking the accommodation – no further guests or visitors are permitted in the property

  •   No parties or events allowed - only people booking the accommodation are permitted to use the cottage – no guests allowed, Children remain the parents’ responsibility and should be supervised at all times and not left alone.

  • Strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING or candles allowed in the property.

  •  You must report any damage to the contents of the property and pay compensation to the owner, for example

    for breakages.

  • Your rights to occupy the property may be terminated if more people than

    have been included in the agreed booking.

  • Under the Housing Act 1988, holiday homes are let to the party leader on behalf of all guests under a 'licence to

    occupy' for the purposes of a holiday only, and this is NOT under an assured shorthold tenancy resulting in you

    have no rights to remain in the property after the end of the rental period.

  • Check in guaranteed from 3pm, bedding and towels provided based on your number of guests. You will be contacted with the key lock code to access the property on the day of check in. If the accommodation is ready earlier we will let you know on your check in day.

  • Check out by 10am on the last day of your holiday, you are expected to leave the property tidy and clean. Please lock the doors and shut the windows on your departure putting the key back into the key code lock and scrambling it.

  •  In the unfortunate need to complain – they should be directed to the owner at the first available opportunity and the chance given to put the matter right.
